I asked Harper what her favorite part of her day was last night, and she said "grandpa birthday party!" It may have been over a week ago, but our girl does not forget a good party.

We had such fun celebrating Dad's 70th last week with Barbara and Jim and Lolly, two surprise guests. Fancy dinner out, successful implementation of dual-child logistics, and fun stories about dad's singing adventures around the world made for quite the night!

Harper also roped Grandpa and Nana into lots of time spent pushing swings at the park, coloring at the miniature table, and of course, sharing birthday dessert...
